Review: I recently retired and was downsizing and moving to Richmond Virginia for a quieter pace of life. I was looking to sell my house that I lived in for 25 years. And they were lots of little things that needed to be fixed, although the house was in good shape overall. The thing is, in order for me to move, I needed some cash to quickly purchase a home in Richmond. And I didn’t wanna go through a real estate agent and pay a large commission and have contracts being submitted with contingencies and then contracts falling through etc., etc. So, I stumbled across home sale solutions to my great good fortune. Dan White and willl Harvey are not only good men, also good, honest people. Will Harvey came over to my house the day after I called to ask them for a bid on my property. He came over and did a walk-through. That same day, Dan and Will called me and provided me with a bid on my home.At first I thought their bid was too low for my property. There were no stumbles, no delays, no problems whatsoever. And the best thing was, the title company who handled the closing, which was an excellent organization, wire the funds to me electronically the same day of closing, within just an hour or two of my signing the closing documents! I can’t imagine a more seamless and simple process than the one that Dan and willl engineered to quickly Buy my home and pay me the funds so that I could move on and do what I needed to do purchasing my next home.I can’t tell you how much stress and worry that this process lifted from me. I can’t imagine a simpler, better way for someone to sell their house, unless their property is in pristine condition, which is rarely the case, especially for someone who’s been living in the house for a while.
