Review: Anita Crystal, settlement coordinator, was outstanding to work with. She kept us informed throughout the process, would take the initiative to check in periodically to see if we had questions, kept us regularly updated, and to the last minute was readily available to handle every unexpected situation. We were selling two properties at once which was stressful in itself, but again Anita was the shining star among everyone we dealt with throughout the process. House Buyers of America does try to make the process as easy as possible.

Anita is compassionate and respectful yet professional in all she does. She certainly provides calm and complete resolution to stressful, time-sensitive situations. Review: I wish I could say that this review is for my entire experience. Honestly my experience with selling my home was not a great one to the point where I almost thought this was a scam. It was one person that saved this experience for me and that was Anita Crystal. She empathize with the fact that this was my first time selling a home. She took time to listen and explained the process and held my hand through it all. I know I probably wasn’t the best to deal with at time but Anita dealt with my anxiety like a champ. These 5 stars go to her!

The only real issue I had with House Buyers of America was that they didn’t close on the intended date but didn’t inform me of the change, I had to call and ask about it. They promptly gave me a new date and everything was settled rather quickly.
